EARLY REGISTRATION RATE: A reduced course fee is available to students and those registering at least 14 days prior to a workshop date.
PAYMENT POLICY: Credit cards, checks, cash, and purchase orders are accepted for payment. Payment is due prior to the start of the workshop unless arrangements have been made in advance with the Registration Coordinator. If you would like information about scholarships or need to make payment arrangements, please contact the Registration Coordinator at 727.535.ICON.
WALK-INS: Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. From time to time advertised locations change. ICON strongly recommends that you contact the registration coordinator 24 hours in advance of the workshop to check location and space availability.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Written requests for refunds, less a $20.00 processing fee, will be honored if postmarked or emailed at least 7 days prior to the workshop date. No refunds will be made thereafter. ICON credit and substitutions may be arranged. If you are unable to attend and would like to receive ICON credit or send someone in your place, please contact the Registration Coordinator at least 24 hours prior to the seminar date at 727.535.ICON. ICON reserves the right to cancel a workshop because of insufficient enrollment. If you provided a phone number or email address on your registration form we will attempt to contact you in advance of the workshop.
CHECK-IN: Check-in begins 30 minutes prior to all workshops. Workshops begin and end on time.
SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS: Please contact the Registration Coordinator at 727.535.ICON, at least two weeks prior to the workshop date with requests for accommodations.
CONTINUING EDUCATION: Family Service Centers is an approved provider with the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling (BAP#50-642, Exp. 3/31/09). The workshops in this booklet are approved for Continuing Education contact hours as stated in the course descriptions for LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, Limited License Psychologist, School Psychologist, Dietician, Nutritionist, Nutrition Counselor, Licensed Midwife.
Participants must attend the entire seminar to receive continuing education credit. No partial credit will be awarded. To ensure that your CE credits are processed correctly, please bring your license/certification number to the workshop. At the end of each workshop, participants will receive a certificate of completion. Course credits for the above professions will be reported to CE Broker. Continuing Education hours may qualify for credit from additional licensing boards not listed above. Please save your course outline/certificate and contact your board to confirm eligibility. Please contact the Registration Coordinator for additional CE information.
